Trouble shooting

Problem 1: You get the message: "404 Not Found".
Solution: Bad luck, you clicked on a dead link. E-mail me the broken link as soon as possible, then I'll try to fix the link.

Problem 2: You get the message: "Server is not responding".
Solution: The server where the file is located are temporarily down, try again a little later.

Problem 3: You only get some weird characters on your screen when you start downloading a song
Solution: It's very easy to prevent this from happening. The only thing you will have to do is press SHIFT and hold it while you click.

Problem 4: The file is saved as a .cab .class .exe or .tus file.
Solution: Just rename the file to .mp3

Problem 5: Your mp3 file sounds scratchy or like that you're listening to it underwater.
Solution: Download Uncook 95 to 'uncook' your mp3 file. It should fix the MP3.
